- mix the chicken stock & pour into the pan. add the rest of the herbs, lemon, butter and spices. simmer for approx 45 mins..
- after 10 mins simmering add your chopped tomato..
- start your rice... add pinch of sea salt & parsley..
- once your sauce has thickened leav for 5 minutes before serving..
